Five years after his first adventures, Rayman returns to realize his great escape and to free the Ptizetres from their infamous jailers. Pirate robots from space have indeed invaded the earth and dispersed all the energy of the world. Ray, helped by his friend Globox manages to escape the flagship where he was detained and must now save the world from the ignominious invader.
Once his powers are found he will fly to the rescue of his friends and collect the energy scattered in 800 Lums around the world. A very heavy task for our little hero, unless he manages, as the legend tells, to awaken Polokus, the spirit of the world, by gathering four magic masks. It is therefore a perilous quest that awaits our little man and will confront him to many enemies over the twenty universes he will have to go through.
So you will have to accompany Ray in his mission and help him fight the horrible pirate robots out of the peaceful world. You will go in search of relics as well as 800 Lums by traversing the planet up and down, in a universe now in 3D. A new environment, new possibilities, and Rayman can now cling to the scenery, swim, carry objects, ride various and varied gear and even water skiing. As usual, our hero can also perform vertiginous jumps or use his hair as a helicopter to fly over dangerous areas. A vast program that will not fail to spice up these new adventures and revive interest, while offering us a platform game in the purest tradition. All the ingredients are indeed gathered to deliver us a model of the kind, adding in addition the emotion and the charm of a character out of the ordinary.
